Clare Harding Dphil

Clare Harding DPhil currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Online Education Services (OES), where leadership is provided for Corporate Strategy, Innovation, and Government Relations. As the CEO and Co-founder of EQUIANO from November 2019 to May 2023, Clare developed a unique executive education program that integrates organisational neuroscience, experiential learning, and equine-assisted learning for leadership development. Previous roles include Partner at GoodWolf Partners, Strategy Consultant at Clare Harding Consulting, Deputy Director and COO of the Melbourne Accelerator Program at The University of Melbourne, Project Director of Health Strategy at the Department of Health in Victoria, Associate at McKinsey & Company, and Founder of The Number 8 Group. Clare holds a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Oxford and is a current candidate for an Advanced Diploma in Organisational Neuroscience.
