Lucy Elliott

Joining OES in 2014, Lucy Elliott leads the award-winning Learning Design team, instilling best practice pedagogy to deliver high-quality online courses and customised learning design solutions for the university and client partners worldwide. Lucy cultivates a culture of continual improvement in the learning design space – grounded in OES’s research and learning analytics capability – partnering with the Academic Leadership Team to evolve the evidence-based online learning strategy.

Lucy brings to her role over 20 years of experience in learning design and educational solutions roles, including many years as a Senior Learning Architect. Having attained a PhD from Monash University. Lucy’s passion for making a difference in learners’ lives is unyielding. She is especially excited about OES’s global expansion, and committed to the OES Learning Design team becoming a leading voice in the online learning space.
