Nicholas Nolan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education technology and systems administration. Currently serving as a Salesforce Administrator and Learning Systems Support Administrator at Online Education Services since March 2019, Nicholas has played a key role in significant projects, including the successful management of Swinburne Online and collaborations with Queensland University Online and Western Sydney Online. Prior to this, Nicholas held multiple positions at Swinburne University of Technology from 2017 to 2019, including Hypercare Support Analyst and Senior Education Technologist, and was integral to the migration of the university's Learning Management System from Blackboard to Canvas. Nicholas’s earlier experience includes roles at BLUEPOD Coffee Company Limited and Service Sphere, where expertise ranged from technical installations to operations management.
