Cashfya Cazi

Cashfya has over 18 years of experience in strategic and financial advisory services in international urban environments and sustainable infrastructure. Her role has traditionally been project development focused – using economic and development acumen to shape master plans and strategies; working across multiple partners to champion buy-in and support; and helping secure funding through economic appraisals. In particular, she has specialized in the preparation of HM Treasury Green Book business cases for capital investments in development and infrastructure projects and adapted the methodology for private and government sector evaluations, globally. Based in London, Cashfya works at the interface between economics and planning, regularly leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver urban solutions in cities and industrial developments worldwide, for both public and private sector clients. She has extensive overseas experience on major programs such as Masdar City – Abu Dhabi, Qatar 2022 World Cup, and Samalaju Industrial Park.
