Gary Lane

Gary coordinates due diligence, planning, zoning and development guidelines for Online Land Planning. As a former development manager for two high growth cities in Arizona, Gary has a unique understanding of municipal requirements and how they can be tailored into a project to create added value. He has entitled and planned over 75,000 single family lots and 9,000 acres of commercial and industrial properties, while increasing the initial land investments substantially. Gary is an expert on property eligibility for infrastructure and sales tax reimbursement through municipal finance districts including those using renewable energy.
