Clive Kinross was the President and Founder of OPENLANE, which they built into North America's leading pre-owned automotive wholesale online market. Under their leadership, OPENLANE grew from a concept stage to a leading online B2B automotive auction company in North America with annual revenue of approximately $100mm. OPENLANE was acquired by KAR Auction Services (KAR) in 2011 for approximately $260mm.

Before OPENLANE, Clive Kinross worked as an Associate at Arthur Andersen from 1994 to 1997. Arthur Andersen was formerly one of the "Big Five" accounting firms, providing auditing, tax, and consulting services to large corporations.

Clive Kinross was a chartered accountant who graduated with a B. Comm. and B. Acc. from the University of the Witwatersrand.
