CS Kavan Mankad, CIPM has a diverse work experience. CS Kavan started their career as an Associate Advocate at S.M. Vaidya Associates in 2016. From there, they moved on to Lexperts Advocates in 2017, where they worked as a Corporate Lawyer until 2019. In the same year, they joined MKC Infrastructure Ltd - India as a Company Secretary & Legal Advisor for a brief period. Currently, they are working at Online PSB Loans, where they have held the positions of Legal Manager (Function Head) from October 2019 to March 2023, and currently serves as an Associate Vice President Legal.

CS Kavan Mankad, CIPM obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, where they studied from 2009 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their H.S.C. in Business/Commerce, General at Vidyut Board Vidyalaya from 2007 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, they have acquired various certifications including a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) from IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals in November 2023, and certifications in cybersecurity, privacy program development, privacy operational life cycle, compliance, patent law, anti-corruption and compliance, effective compliance program, regulatory compliance, intellectual property rights, GDPR, privacy law and data protection. CS Kavan also obtained a CS (Company Secretary) certification from ICSI in June 2015.
