Maulik Shah

Maulik Shah's work experience begins in 2001 as a Software Engineer at Gridcomp Software Solution, where they developed product modules and features using Java technologies. Maulik then moved on to Elitecore Technologies in 2002, where they were responsible for developing an ISP Billing Solution called JISP.

In 2003, Maulik joined HCL Technologies as a Member of Technical Staff, working on Core Java and Advance Java projects. Maulik also worked on a Linux Web portal and Comverse Product mVAS customization at customer locations in Israel.

From 2004 to 2008, Maulik worked at Asite Solution Ltd as a Team Lead in Java Development, leading a team of 25 technical professionals. Maulik was responsible for the technical delivery of a SAAS solution, providing design understanding to developers, and tracking development progress.

Between 2008 and 2021, Maulik held various roles at Sterlite Technologies Limited, including AVP - Product Engineering, Product Engineering Head - OSS/BSS, Senior Product Architect, and Sr. Project Manager. Maulik was responsible for the delivery of Telco grade Data Lake & Analytics products, product roadmaps, and managing multiple customers for project and technical deliveries.

In 2021, Maulik joined Contis as a Vice President of Engineering, overseeing the technology aspect of the business. Maulik then moved to QMetry in 2023, where they served as the Vice President of Engineering for a short period.

Currently, Maulik works at Online PSB Loans as the Deputy CTO, focusing on creating innovative fintech products and transforming products and platforms with upcoming technology. Their main focus is on lending products and redefining the fully digital lending journey.

Maulik Shah pursued their education at Gujarat University from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. Maulik then went on to Gujarat Vidyapith and completed their Master's Degree in Computer Engineering from 1998 to 2001.
