Katherine Mullen

Katherine Mullen has held various roles throughout their career. Katherine is currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development at Online Rewards and WorkProud, where they focus on creating digital employee experiences and unifying reward and recognition programs. Prior to their current positions, they worked at Celilo Group Media, Inc. for over 21 years, starting as a Senior Vice President of Sales before transitioning to the role of Group Publisher and later becoming the Minneapolis/St Paul Market Director. At Celilo, they successfully led sales teams, managed advertising and circulation accounts, and developed go-to-market strategies for new markets. Before joining Celilo, Katherine worked as an environmental consultant and writer at Mullen & Cretan, Inc., where they researched and wrote materials for public sector clients. Katherine also served as a Program Director at the Institute for Local Self-Reliance, where they focused on program management. Additionally, they worked at the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency as a Business Assistance Project Consultant, where they managed public-private partnerships and led successful manufacturing projects. Katherine's early career included roles at the Minnesota Department of Health, where they conducted water quality research and managed a mobile water analysis lab during a flood recovery.

Katherine Mullen completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Sciences at the University of Minnesota from 1991 to 1995.
