Here at Single Central Record Ltd, we understand that it is vital that your school complies with DfE guidance, in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education legislation. However, we also understand that this can be an onerous task that takes many hours of administration work.

Our aim is to take away this worry and ensure that every school or college is Ofsted/ISI compliant. To achieve this, we have worked alongside headteachers, schools, and various consultants to successfully build a state-of-the-art portal that keeps schools up to date on all mandatory checks that are required to record on your single central record.

Why choose Single Central Record?

Compared to a standard spreadsheet, our online portal is not only faster, but a more efficient and accurate system that eliminates the possibility of human error. It covers all staff types in line with DfE guidance, and offers advanced functionality that makes it easy for the user to access from any location.

The portal can be customised for each staff type to suit your educational establishment. Users will also receive a weekly email to alert them of any areas in their single central record that require attention, from expiring checks to missing checks.

The system will also allow you to order additional checks, including DBS Checks, QTS, Prohibition from Teaching, Section 128, and the DBS Update Service, with results automatically coming back into the portal to save you time inputting the data.

Stay in control of your single central record by granting user rights, fully managing what your staff can access and amend.

Keep compliance simple with Online Single Central Record.
