Cara Broekmann

Cara Broekmann is an experienced professional in the arts and social media management, currently serving as a WHB in the Social Media area at the Institut für Kunstgeschichte an der Heinrich-Heine-Universität since April 2024. Broekmann has held the position of Junior Community Manager and Community Management at OnlineDialog since October 2019, while also functioning as a Social Media Managerin for Galleristic since June 2022, where responsibilities include building and curating content for Instagram and Facebook. Additionally, Broekmann served as a Personal Assistant and Project Manager for the artist Leon Löwentraut, overseeing various administrative tasks. Previous experience includes roles at Geuer & Geuer Art GmbH as a Gallery Assistant and CCS digital_fabric as a Junior Manager in Marketing & Sales. Broekmann completed a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and English Studies at the University of Düsseldorf and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Kunstvermittlung und Kulturmanagement, alongside another Master’s program in Arts, Museology, and Curatorship at the Università di Bologna.
