Puteri Sharon's work experience includes working as a Customer Success Executive at OnlinePajak since August 2018. Prior to that, they completed an internship program at PT. Mayora Indah Tbk from September 2016 to November 2016, and another internship program at PT. Bank Sulutgo from June 2016 to August 2016.

Puteri Sharon completed their Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from Universitas Sam Ratulangi, where they studied from 2013 to 2018. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree at Universitas Jayabaya from 2020 to 2022.
