Omkar D.

Omkar Sawardekar, MSW, LICSW, has extensive experience in the field of social work and mental health. From August 2016 to December 2020, Omkar worked at PrairieCare in various roles, including Clinical Specialist for Diversity & Inclusion and as a therapist. Additionally, Omkar served as a Therapy Fellow at RECLAIM, focusing on outpatient therapy for LGBTQ youth from July 2016 to September 2018. Prior experience includes supporting clients with severe mental illness as a Targeted Case Manager at MHR, Inc., and serving as a social work intern at Mendota Mental Health Institute. Omkar obtained a Master's degree in Clinical/Medical Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State University.
