Shantanu Shejwal

Shantanu Shejwal has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Shantanu is currently working as the Sales Director - Hyperlocal Marketing at OnlineSales.ai. In this role, they are responsible for heading the Hyperlocal sales practice and managing the P&L for the product. Shantanu focuses on revenue planning and forecasting, defining strategies, and expanding the business globally.

Prior to this, Shantanu was the Director of Sales at Sproutlogix from 2018 to 2021. Shantanu successfully established the sales practice in the Asia Pacific and North America regions, acquiring new clients and expanding the company's presence. Shantanu also led marketing, strategic planning, and growth strategies.

Shantanu also worked at QuodeIt as the Head of Talent Solutions from 2018 to 2021, and at Catenon Worldwide Executive Search as an Account Manager from 2013 to 2017. In both of these roles, they were responsible for client acquisition, key account management, and enhancing leadership and management teams.
