Cierra Hales

Cierra Hales has a diverse work experience that includes roles in recruitment, human resources, and office administration. Cierra currently works as a Recruiter at OnLogic, a position they started in 2023. Prior to this role, they had a significant tenure at Innovative Talent Solutions where they served as a Human Resources Assistant/Recruiter from June 2021 to February 2023. In this role, they were responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates for various industries and positions.

Cierra also worked as a Human Resources Consultant on a pro bono basis for various companies in 2022. During this time, they assisted a non-profit and a for-profit company with various HR needs such as reviewing and updating an employee manual and job descriptions.

From July 2020 to June 2021, Cierra held the position of Wellness Coordinator at The Joint Chiropractic, where they provided excellent services to members and patients. Before this, they gained experience as a Stylist Apprentice at PetSmart from May 2019 to July 2020. Additionally, they worked as a Student Assistant at Patch from August 2019 to April 2020, where they assisted in creating an HR Employee Handbook and performed various administrative tasks.

Cierra Hales pursued their education at various institutions. From 2016 to 2020, they attended North Carolina Wesleyan University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. Following this, from 2021 to 2022, they enrolled at Western Carolina University and obtained a Master of Science degree in Human Resources.
