Head Of Talent Acquisition at Only About Children

Andy Martin has a strong background in talent acquisition and project management. Andy most recently worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Only About Children starting in September 2023. Prior to that, Andy served as the Head of Talent Acquisition, People at EML from June 2021 to June 2023. Andy also has experience as a Project Manager at Transport for NSW in April 2021. From 2019 to 2021, Andy worked at Suncorp Group as a Talent Acquisition Manager, leading a team of 24+ employees and managing strategic partnerships. Before that, they held various talent acquisition and recruitment roles at IAG, EDS, Grasp IT, Genesis IT, and two specialized IT recruitment agencies.

Andy Martin attended Martin College from 2002 to 2004. During this time, they did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study. Between 2012 and 2013, they participated in the Emerging Leader Program at IAG, earning a degree in the program. In 2007, Andy completed a Human Resources degree at the Australian Human Resources Institute. In 2006, they gained advanced recruitment skills from CarmanWhite, but did not receive a degree. Additionally, Andy has a certification in Prince 2 Foundation, although the details of where and when they obtained it are unknown.
