Lee Grindstaff is an experienced professional with a diverse background in talent management, education, and adventure guiding. Currently serving as a Talent Manager at TheLIONS, Lee leverages data-driven strategies to connect top sales talent with startups. Prior experience includes roles as a Regional Manager and Travel Guide at Backroads, where Lee achieved top rankings in guest satisfaction for five consecutive years. Lee has also worked as an English Second Language Instructor in Prague, a Rafting Manager, and a Special Education Teacher, complemented by a Master of Education in Special Education from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor's degree from Appalachian State University.
