We apply our proven blueprint and hands-on, investigative approach with our combined 30+ years of operational experience to optimise troubled plants, help design new AD concepts, or simply take the hassle away and manage them for you.

We have experience in reducing OPEX cost and increasing plant output. Root cause analysis, preventative maintenance & continuous improvement is the key to maximising plant utilisation.

We work with:
> Plants that have suffered a catastrophic issue and need urgent troubleshooting
> Plants that aren’t achieving the yields and profit they originally budgeted for
> Plant looking for that last incremental optimisation to move profitability to the next level
> Or developers/investors that are looking to build new AD facilities and need trusted advice on design, process flows, equipment and operations

We're not the traditional consultants that write lengthy reports and leave you to implement change. We get involved at grassroots levels working as a part of your operations team for as long as it takes to achieve your goals.

We offer support on all of the aspects that feed into the best performing AD facilities:
> Plant process & design/development
> Equipment evaluation, benchmarking and advice
> Due Diligence for investors undertaking acquisitions of Anaerobic Digestion plants or portfolios
> Business concept origination for investors
> Performance reviews of existing mechanical, technical plant and operational practices
> Biological optimisation for better biogas yields
> Feedstock analysis, optimisation & sourcing
> Digestate management
> Health, safety & compliance

Whilst every AD plant is different, most failing plant issues are rooted in a combination of just a handful of causes. We have developed a proven blueprint that enables us to find the root of your problems quickly and strategically. We apply logical processes to resolve them, whilst putting control measures in place to ensure your results stay positive.
