Victoria Taylor

Victoria Taylor is currently an advisor at Mogul, a position they have held since May 2021. Prior to their current role, they were the manager of global talent at Mogul from May 2021 to July 2022. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's talent acquisition strategy to accommodate workforce demands and overseeing the full-cycle recruiting process for all full-time positions. Victoria was also responsible for growing Mogul's workforce by 3x in headcount while increasing underrepresented employee representation by more than 40% and reducing the time-to-fill metric by 43%.

Before joining Mogul, Victoria was an employee experience specialist at BOLD PENGUIN from September 2020 to May 2021. In this role, they managed the company’s onboarding process to engage new hires, connect them to the Bold Penguin workforce, and increase retention while building a company culture that boosts employee morale and productivity.

Victoria has also held positions as a human resources generalist at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP from June 2019 to September 2020 and as a culture and people development specialist at BW Papersystems from June 2016 to April 2017.

Victoria Taylor has a Bachelor of Science in Educational Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
