Reinier Wolterbeek

Reinier Wolterbeek's work experience starts in 2006 as a researcher at Seawater Greenhouse. Reinier then joined Innogrow BV as a Junior R&D before moving to Ecofys as an Idea Manager. In 2009, Reinier founded BlueThumbs. Reinier later served as the Chief Technology Officer at Sundrop Farms from 2010 to 2017. Reinier then worked as an Ag Tech Entrepreneur at JKW AgTech from 2018 to 2021. Currently, they are serving as the Interim CEO & Chief Product Officer at ONNA since May 2021.

Reinier Wolterbeek's education history begins with their completion of a Master of Science degree in International Land and Water Management at Wageningen University & Research, which took place between 2003 and 2006.

Prior to that, they pursued a degree in HTS Civil Engineering at Inholland University of Applied Sciences from 1997 to 2002, specializing in Building Management.

Their academic journey began at Berlingh College Beverwijk, where they completed their HAVO (Higher General Secondary Education) degree from 1992 to 1997. In this program, they studied a variety of subjects, including Nederlands, Engels, Wiskunde A&B (Mathematics A&B), Natuurkunde (Physics), Economie (Economics), and Aardrijkskunde (Geography).
