Matt Salter

Matt Salter is an experienced sales and operations leader with a strong background in project management and business strategy. Currently serving as Sales Director at Onnec since April 2014, Matt develops growth strategies and meets global sales targets. Prior roles include Operations Director and Delivery Director at Redstone, where operational strategies were developed, and teams were motivated to achieve divisional objectives. Matt's extensive career began at Comunica, where roles ranged from Site Manager to Senior Project Manager, overseeing large installation projects and ensuring financial performance. Additional experience includes a site supervisor position at Cableship, coaching and rugby playing at Queen City Rugby Club in the USA, and foundational electrical engineering roles at McKay Electrical. Matt is an alumnus of Wellington College of Education, where Matt completed an Electrical Apprenticeship, and Whangarei Boys High School.
