Wiktor Kępiński is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in managing and leading organizations within the supply chain and commercial sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Director (CEO) at Onninen Polska since January 2002, Wiktor oversees various aspects including P&L responsibility, strategy development, mergers and acquisitions, and sustainability initiatives. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer, Commercial Director, Procurement Director, and Logistics Director at Onninen Polska, where responsibilities ranged from budget management to supplier relationship management and market strategy. Prior experience as CEO at Krajowa Grupa Kapitałowa GLOB 96 S.A. involved overall strategic and operational leadership. Wiktor holds an MBA from Towson University and a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of Lodz.
