Pamela Finer

Pamela Finer is an accomplished marketing executive and consultant with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as the Founder and Principal at Ten Backwards since March 2019, Pamela also holds the interim position of Chief Marketing Officer at Onnit and previously served in the same capacity at Verde Farms. Prior experience includes a tenure as Vice President of Marketing and General Manager at Amplify Snack Brands, where responsibilities encompassed portfolio and P&L management for six brands, as well as R&D and creative initiatives, and a position as Brand Manager at SkinnyPop Popcorn. Pamela Finer earned an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
