OnnoRokom Uddokta is a non-profit initiative by OnnoRokom Group, dedicated to empowering ethical, impact-driven entrepreneurs in Bangladesh.
We do not just build profitable companies; we engineer ethical, sustainable, and impact-driven enterprises across Bangladesh and Southeast Asia.

Moving beyond the conventional incubator model, we provide multidimensional support—integrating business strategy with mental preparedness, ethical leadership, and tech sovereignty. Our holistic framework targets high-impact sectors including fintech, agri-tech, digital defense, and holistic healthcare.

To date we have accelerated and guided 50+ Startups and SMEs through our flagship accelerator program.

Strategic Hubs: Established academic incubators at leading institutions in bangladesh like BUP, while securing cross-border market access for our founders in Southeast Asia through strategic alliances.

We are actively partnering with founders who want to build a self-reliant, ethical economy without sacrificing equity or control.
