Celeste Moore

Celeste Moore is an experienced library professional currently serving as Branch Manager at Onondaga County Public Libraries since October 2019, and previously worked as a Librarian in Local History and Genealogy. Prior to this role, Celeste spent two decades at St. Andrew Hall Novitiate as Librarian and Operations Manager. Celeste holds multiple degrees in the field of library and information science from Syracuse University, including a Certificate of Advanced Study and a Master’s degree. Additionally, a Master of Arts in Philosophy was obtained from Franciscan University of Steubenville, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Le Moyne College.
