Patrick Alvarez has a long and varied work experience, beginning with their role as Men's Department Supervisor at Goodys in 2000. Patrick then moved to Bank of America in 2003, where they were a Personal Banker and Sales Associate. In 2006, they became Front of House Manager at Perugino Italian Restaurant, and in the same year they began working at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. as a Tax Preparer. In 2010, they began working at Money Management International as a Senior Bilingual Client Services Representative, and in 2018 they joined OnPay as an Advance Support Consultant, later becoming a Senior Client Experience Specialist and then a Client Experience Specialist. Throughout their roles, they have developed a wide range of skills, including providing quality service to clients, handling multiple assignments, selling products and services, overseeing front of house operations, and more.

Patrick Alvarez attended Gwinnett Technical College from 2003 to 2004, studying Marketing/Marketing Management, General. Patrick also obtained a Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) from the American Payroll Association in April 2019.
