Joshua Shaw, CSP, CHST, currently serves as General Manager at OnPoint Industrial Services, starting in April 2024 after the acquisition of Amerisafe Group. Prior to this role, Joshua held the position of Vice President of Operations at Amerisafe Group from August 2007 to May 2024, where expertise as a safety consultant was demonstrated across various industries, ensuring best practices and regulatory compliance impacting thousands of employees. Earlier career experience includes serving as Co-Owner at Ergonomic & Safety Services from September 1998 to August 2007, managing key business operations while delivering nationwide safety consulting services. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Safety Sciences from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
