Frank McJannet has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Frank began their career at Northwest Administrators, Inc as a Business Systems Manager, where they worked for 11 years. Frank then joined Traveling Software as an MIS Manager, responsible for internal business systems, web presence, and technical support. After three years, they moved on to Classmates.com as an MIS Manager, managing various internal business applications and leading the expansion of operational footprint.
Frank then joined Washington Mutual Finance Co as a Senior Business Manager, leading the Business Analytics & MIS team and managing vendors and debt portfolio sales. Frank spent a total of five years at WaMu, overseeing site expansion and large site opening.
Frank further enhanced their career by joining Chase, where they held multiple roles. Frank first served as a Risk & Business Operations Leader, responsible for strategic programs and measurable improvement. Later, they became a Program Manager, leveraging their extensive experience in program management and risk operations within the financial services industry.
After their tenure at Chase, Frank joined BECU as a Director, overseeing Fraud, Card, and Account Services. Frank held this position for two years before transitioning to their current role at OnPoint Community Credit Union as Vice President of Payments. In this position, they are responsible for all facets of Payments, including risk and service-based teams, vendor relationships, and product roadmaps. Frank represents the company in executive and board presentations, incorporating emerging technologies and innovations in Payments and Fraud Operations.
Frank McJannet attended the University of Washington, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Michael G. Foster School of Business. Frank completed their studies in this field between 1990 and 1995. Additionally, during the same period, Frank McJannet earned another Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Washington.
