Keith Thomajan

Keith Thomajan is an experienced leader in governance and strategic oversight, serving as Vice Chair and ESG Chair for OnPoint Community Credit Union since February 2018, where Keith supports the organization’s $9 billion financial services initiatives. Thomajan has also held the position of Vice Chair at the American Alpine Club since December 2022 and serves on the board of Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon. Keith's previous role as Chief Social Impact Officer at Dutch Bros Coffee involved building out ESG programs, while earlier leadership as President & CEO at United Way of the Columbia-Willamette focused on addressing child and family poverty. Keith's extensive background also includes significant contributions to youth development organizations and Outward Bound. Thomajan holds a BA in English from Colby College and has further education from King's College London and Phillips Academy.
