Michael Adams

Michael Adams has a comprehensive background in information security and systems administration. Michael started their career at NAVEX Global in 2010 as a Systems Administrator in Hosted Operations, where they remained until 2016. Following their time at NAVEX Global, Michael worked as a Security Engineer at Nike from 2016 to 2017. Michael then moved on to become a Managed Services Engineer at Tripwire from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they are employed as an Information Security Engineer at OnPoint Community Credit Union, where they continue to utilize and expand their expertise in the field.

Michael Adams obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business IT from the Oregon Institute of Technology. In addition to their degree, they have acquired several certifications including the GIAC Web Application Penetration Tester (GWAPT) from GIAC Certifications in 2022, the GIAC Certified Penetration Tester (GPEN) in 2021, the GIAC Advisory Board in 2020, the GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC) in 2020, the GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) in 2019, and the Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) from EC-Council in 2018.
