Scott Barbu

Scott Barbu is currently a contractor and subject matter expert at OnPoint Consulting, where they are instrumental in modernizing the C3 infrastructure of air operations centers worldwide. Previously, they served as a Strategy Subject Matter Expert at P3I, Incorporated, coordinating air component efforts for US Army Warfighter exercises. With an extensive background in the United States Air Force, Scott held various leadership positions, including Battle Staff Director, where they oversaw military airlift missions globally. They earned a Master of Arts in Intelligence Studies from the American Public University System and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Ohio University, integrating a strong academic foundation into their strategic expertise.
