Janelle Fredericks

Janelle Fredericks is an experienced analytics professional with a robust background in health data analysis and statistics. Currently serving as Analytics Engineering Manager and previously as Analytic Product Manager and Health Data Analyst at Onpoint Health Data since February 2020, Janelle has contributed to developing Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formulas and custom extracts for large-scale data reporting. Prior experience includes roles as Technical Team Lead and Technical Consultant at ArcLight Consulting, where Janelle completed successful open enrollment go-lives. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Statistics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology, Statistics, and Mathematics from St. Lawrence University.
