Ariel Dayan

Ariel Dayan has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Ariel started their career as a Software Developer at Medstar Holdings Inc in 2000, where they designed and developed support systems for medical clinics. Ariel then moved on to Next Communications Inc in 2001 and served as the CIO from 2005 to 2015. During their tenure, they led the development of an industry-leading Class IV telecom switch with a full on-demand BSS/OSS solution using C# and MS SQL Server. In 2015, Ariel co-founded Sharatel LLC and assumed the role of Co-Owner and CTO. Ariel planned, designed, and implemented a least cost routing solution for call routing and managed an offshore development team for a mobile virtual network operator platform. Most recently, Ariel joined OnPoint in 2017 as the Lead Database Developer.
