Farhana Jamil

Quality Director at OnPoint

Farhana Jamil started their work experience in 2000 as a Senior Requirements Analyst at Verizon, where they worked until 2010. From 2010 to 2014, they worked at the Federal Aviation Administration as a Project Manager/Senior Analyst. In 2014, they joined Onpoint/Sapient and held various roles including Process Improvement Professional/Quality Manager/Certified Lead Auditor. Farhana then became a Quality Director at the same company in September 2018.

Farhana Jamil participated in the American Society for Quality's Emerging Quality Leadership program (EQLP) from 2018 to 2019. Farhana obtained a Master's degree in Applied Information Technology from George Mason University and a Bachelor's of Sciences degree in Management Information Systems, also from George Mason University. Farhana Jamil also earned an IT Project Management Certificate from The George Washington University. In addition, they hold a certification as a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agilist (SA) from Scaled Agile, Inc., which was obtained in May 2014.
