Horace Winchester

Horace Winchester is the current principal at OnPointe. Prior to OnPointe, they were the co-founder of WW Healthcare, LLC from March 2008 to January 2012. Before WW Healthcare, Winchester was the VP of Operations at Paramount Healthcare from January 2000 to February 2008. Horace was also the Chief Operating Officer / Co-Founder of Care Concepts of East TX, Inc. from January 1984 to October 1998.
