Lotus Dutta is a seasoned human resources professional with over 16 years of experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at OnProcess Technology since October 2013, Lotus has a strong background in HR operations and employee relations. Previous roles include Deputy Manager - HR and Assistant Manager - HR, where responsibilities encompassed generalist HR functions. Prior to OnProcess Technology, Lotus worked at Aegis Ltd. as Lead - HR, and held several HR positions including Specialist and Senior Executive. Beginning a career at Khadims India Pvt.
