Shiva Sindam

Shiva Sindam has a strong work background in the technology industry. Shiva started their career at Humana as a Senior .NET Developer, where they worked on developing web components for claims applications. Shiva then moved to The Center to Promote Health Care Access, where they continued their work as a Senior .NET Developer, focusing on developing a Medicare qualification program app using Microsoft's windows distributed Internet architecture. After that, they joined First Data Corporation as a Senior Associate and later as a Senior .NET Developer, where they implemented 3-tier architecture and designed business and data objects for various systems, including Interchange Compliance Automated Test Case Generation System. Shiva then transitioned to ADP as an APM, responsible for the evaluation and migration of software products. Following their time at ADP, they joined Staples as a Manager-Projects, overseeing the implementation of the OCIO "YUKON" integrated request and PO-invoicing system project. Currently, Shiva is Vice President of Technical Architecture at OnProcess Technology, where they have held various roles including Director of Technical Solutions and Application Architect and Senior Software Manager. In these roles, they have been responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing various products and applications for clients, as well as managing day-to-day technical operations and resource schedules.

Shiva Sindam completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Computer Science from Vels College Of Science from 2001 to 2003. In addition, Shiva obtained a certification from Microsoft as a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Office Visio 2007, Application Development in 2006.
