Stephen Quinn

Stephen Quinn, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Stephen is currently serving as the Director of HRIS & HR Analytics at OnProcess Technology since May 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of HR Services at Bright Horizons from August 2018 to May 2021. During their tenure at Bright Horizons, Stephen also served as a Senior Manager of HR Talent and Learning Systems, Manager of Learning Services Systems, Talent Management System Project Specialist, and LMS Administrator. In these roles, they were responsible for various aspects of talent management technologies, learning and development, performance management, and data analysis. Before joining Bright Horizons, Stephen worked at Digital Federal Credit Union as a Branch Teller in 2009 and as an Account Services and Insurance Representative from May 2008 to January 2009.

Stephen Quinn, MBA has a Master's degree in Business Administration from Framingham State University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2014. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
