We're here to help remove the anxiety, confusion, and frustration with an unconventional mindset, process, and set of techniques to bring to your sales efforts.

Look, people and companies get stuck. It happens. The question quickly becomes how do we/I get unstuck?

onPurpose Growth has had success helping sales professionals & organizations who have:

Sales anxiety - It prevents many business owners and sales professionals from helping as many people as possible.

Sales confusion - What are the right activities? What are the right techniques? This confusion is beating up your overall top line growth.

Sales frustration - "I am working too hard for this!" Over time, this leads many to avoid prospecting for new clients all together, and puts the fate of their business in the hands of others. Not good.

Our focus in on helping you make the 1% change that produces 10X results in your sales and sales process. Most of the time people try to make huge changes that can be cumbersome and overwhelming. During that process there is too much change and not enough focus. Our goal is to hone in on the specific skills that people need to master so they can remove the biggest challenges they have.

OUR OVERALL METHOD:

onPurpose Growth believes truly successful sales people and companies have three Gears that drive growth: Voice of the Customer, Voice of the System and Voice of the Business.

Voice of the Customer – Do you know why your customer pays your bills? Do you know what they value most about your service? Do you know how you rate on that key quality?

Voice of the System – How and where do you create the value to the client? Where are the constraints that are the pace makers of your system? How are you improving that system/process day to day? What is critical and what is not?

Voice of the Business – What does your business need financially to be successful? What numbers are you/should you be monitoring? What are those numbers telling you? What aren't they telling you?
