Cindy Wong is an accomplished Product Designer and Design Operations Lead at OnQ since July 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing UX/UI team workflows and ensuring project timelines are met while fostering team development. Previous experience includes leading product design for Sony's digital imaging solutions, resulting in a 10% sales increase and winning the 2024 ICX Elevate Award, as well as creating a design system for Costco's Apple kiosks. Additional roles in UX/UI design have included improving eCommerce websites and redesigning nonprofit platforms, complemented by a background in structural engineering with internships at notable firms. Cindy holds an MS in Structural Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BS in Civil Engineering from the same institution, showcasing a strong academic foundation and a diverse skill set in design and engineering.
