Carlos Guzman is the co-founder and CEO of ONR. Carlos has over eight years of experience in sales and management, including stints at FOB Software, Citrix Systems, and ONR App. As the Sr. Field Sales Manager for Latin America & Caribbean at Citrix Systems, Carlos was responsible for increasing Citrix's market share and revenue. Carlos also fostered strong relationships with key business allies and maintained a healthy partner ecosystem. Under their leadership, the team at Citrix saw year-over-year growth. Carlos is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and management. Carlos is passionate about helping their team reach their full potential and enabling them to take ownership of their work.
