Paul Rodríguez González

Paul Rodríguez González has extensive work experience in financial and administrative roles. Paul currently works as a Finance Manager at ONR since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Finance and Administrative Manager at Healing Farms from October 2018 to May 2021. Before that, they served as a Finance and Administrative Manager at Grupotek from July 2015 to May 2021. During their time at Grupotek, they focused on restructuring financial operations, defining corporate governance, and managing construction and real estate projects. Paul also worked at Chaneme Comercial as a Planning Director from June 2014 to June 2015, where they were responsible for strategic planning, developing new business lines, and realigning the commercial strategy. Additionally, they held the position of Finance Director at Chaneme Comercial from May 2011 to May 2014, overseeing reporting, accounting, finance, insurance, planning, legal aspects, and implementing the SAP system. Prior to that, they worked at Telefónica in various roles, including Pricing and Projects Leader from August 2009 to April 2011, where they formulated strategic projects and supported business units in developing business cases. Paul also worked as an Investment Professional from March 2007 to July 2009, where they implemented financial evaluation and prioritization policies and participated in the implementation of SAP/R3 modules.

Paul Rodríguez González pursued their education starting in 2001 at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in 2008. Their field of study focused on administration and general business management. In 2012, they attended Universidad de Los Andes for a brief period, completing a Diploma in Project Finance, which primarily covered the area of finance. Most recently, from 2020 to 2021, they pursued a Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior at Universidad de Los Andes, specializing in Mathematics for Postgraduates.
