Wilfred Maynham

Wilfred Maynham is the current Product Manager at ONR. Before this, they were with Powwi - Pagos GDE S.A. from April 2019 to April 2021, where they held the title of Innovation & Business Core VP. In this role, they were responsible for the vision and strategy of the business portfolio, ownership of the innovation methodology, leading the development and management of the processes and its integration across relevant groups and work streams. Wilfred also engaged with a broad range of potential suppliers and subcontractors to identify effective solutions, utilizing the optimal technology and best practices on content and integration approaches.

Maynham has also served as the product resident expert to assist with designing training programs and product marketing as they develop and execute their plans for the product. Wilfred has created a business modeling language called "PBML" to streamline and comprehensively assess business fit and technological feasibility for the White Label and BAAS products. In addition, they communicate and closely monitors business and operational performance for the company's financial and technological product portfolio.

Wilfred Maynham holds a Master's Degree in IT management from the University of Sydney. Wilfred is also a systems engineer from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. In addition, they have certification from the International Scrum Institute in Scrum Product Owner and from IDEO in Design Kit: The Course for Human-Centered Design. Finally, they have certification from the Customer Experience Professionals Association in Customer Journey Management Professional.

Wilfred Maynham reports to Nicolás Turbay, Co-Founder & CXO. They are on a team with Laura Areiza - Marketing Manager, Carolina Medellin - Senior Designer, and Camila Daza - Graphic Designer.
