Jurgen Thoelen

Jurgen Thoelen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the CRO and COO of OnRamp and an Executive Board Member since November 2020, Jurgen has also held the position of COO at Coinweb.io until December 2023. Prior experience includes key roles at Nokia, where Jurgen was Head of Solution Sales for Asia North and Singapore and focused on business development in the telecommunications sector. As the Founder and General Manager of Gladiator Race from 2014 to 2018, Jurgen developed a successful extreme obstacle race series in Russia. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Soulco, Ceske Radiokomunikace, IBS DataFort, Nokia Siemens Networks, and Siemens, encompassing business development, interim management, and strategic sales initiatives. Jurgen holds a Master's degree in Business to Business Marketing from Vlerick Business School and a Master's degree in Administrative Sciences from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
