Lateesha Thomas has a diverse work experience, spanning various industries and roles. Lateesha is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Onramp, a venture-backed startup focused on workforce development. Prior to Onramp, Lateesha served as a Board of Directors & Organizer for Write/Speak/Code, an organization empowering women, non-binary, and trans technologists. Lateesha also worked at Google as a Global Partnerships Manager for Women Techmakers, engaging women in technology across the globe.
