Paul Holder

Paul Holder has a diverse work experience that spans several companies and roles. Paul co-founded OnRamp in 2019 and currently serves as its CEO. Prior to that, they worked at Troops from 2016 to 2019, where they started as a Customer Success Lead before being promoted to Director of Customer Success. Before Troops, they were the Director of Customer Operations at VTS from 2014 to 2016. Paul began their career at L.E.K. Consulting, where they worked as an Associate from 2012 to 2014 and had previously served as a Summer Associate in 2011.
