Dmitry Ivanov

Dmitry Ivanov has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Dmitry is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Onramper since February 2023. Previously, Dmitry worked at Fable from September 2019 to March 2023, where they held the position of Co-Founder and CTO.

Prior to Fable, Dmitry worked at Beat starting from August 2019 until February 2023. Dmitry initially joined as the Director of Engineering and later became the Senior Director of Engineering responsible for leading the Marketplace Tribe, which consisted of around 15 cross-functional squads and approximately 80 engineers and engineering leaders.

Before their tenure at Beat, Dmitry worked at fashionTrade as the CTO from June 2018 to August 2019, where they focused on creating a B2B fashion wholesale platform. Dmitry also held the role of Software Engineering Lead at fashionTrade from March 2017 to June 2018, ensuring technical excellence and efficient development processes.

Starting from June 2016 to March 2017, Dmitry worked at TomTom as a Software Architect and Senior Software Engineer. Dmitry played a crucial role in building "NavCloud," a cloud-based platform for synchronizing navigation-related data.

In 2012, Dmitry worked at Reltio, Inc as a Software Engineer, contributing to the development of backend systems and services for a BigData MasterDataManagement platform. Prior to that, they worked at Ambiq Technology Private Limited, TaskData, Sigma Ltd, and Nienschanz, gaining experience in software engineering, DevOps, and building and managing infrastructure.

Dmitry Ivanov earned their education in the field of Computer Science and Engineering at ITMO University. Dmitry completed their Bachelor's degree (BCompSc) from 2005 to 2009, followed by a Master's degree (MCompSc) from 2009 to 2011. Dmitry further pursued their studies and obtained a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Dmitry also obtained various certifications from different institutions. In December 2009, they received the certification of Oracle Database 11g Administrator Certified Associate from Oracle. Later in October 2009, Dmitry obtained the certification of Oracle Database 11g Administrator Certified Professional from the same institution. Furthermore, they completed the courses "Principles of Reactive Programming" and "Functional Programming Principles in Scala" offered by Coursera in December 2013 and May 2013, respectively.
