Jay Morgan

Jay Morgan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business innovation and strategic development across various industries. Currently serving as Partner at Epic Pivot since February 2022, Jay focuses on purposeful transformation for organizations. As Chief Strategy Officer at Onrise Care since June 2020, efforts are directed towards innovative growth strategies in behavioral health care. Additionally, Jay has been Chair of the Board of Directors at Pneuma Respiratory since August 2019, leading initiatives in respiratory disease treatments. Previous roles include Co-Founder and Design Architect at Pedal and various leadership positions at Bayer HealthCare and Merck Consumer Care, emphasizing research and development.
