Jolanda Vellekoop

Jolanda Vellekoop is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently working at Ons Tweede Thuis as a specialist in mens- en organisatieontwikkeling since September 2024. Previously, Jolanda served as Manager HRM at 's Heeren Loo from January 2020 to September 2024, where leadership was provided to HR teams and development of national HR advisory expertise was overseen. As Project Leader at Stichting Het Potentieel Pakken in 2019, Jolanda was instrumental in launching the foundation and shaping its initial initiatives aimed at addressing underutilized potential in the job market. Through various roles at Randstad Groep Nederland from 2008 to 2019, including HR advisory and programmamanagement, Jolanda offered strategic guidance on labor organization and process optimization, contributing to several key projects that integrated systems and enhanced business efficiency.
