Natalia Vinnytska is an experienced recruitment professional with a robust background in human resources and recruitment strategy. Currently serving as Head Of Recruitment at Onseo since October 2017, Natalia has successfully built and managed a recruiting team across two cities, implemented employee planning, and developed KPI/bonus schemes. Previous roles include HR Business Partner at Playtini and Qoderoom, where Natalia contributed to HR strategy development, full-cycle recruitment, and employee engagement initiatives.
